Gov to rename B.C.’s Pattullo Bridge to Indigenous hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ name

The new bridge replacing the historic Pattullo Bridge will be renamed with a First Nations name in the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ language.

The new bridge replacing the historic Pattullo Bridge will be renamed with a First Nations name in the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ language.

Officials confirmed Saturday that the Musqueam and Kwantlen First Nations are collaborating on the new name, which will replace the Pattullo designation.
