B.C.’s extortion wave continues as four men were arrested in Surrey in connection with a shooting earlier this month in the City Centre neighbourhood.

Arman Singh, 21, and Simarjeet Singh, 22, have both been charged with one count of reckless discharge of a firearm each, while the two others have not been charged with a criminal offence “at this time.”
