Former Conservative MP Marilyn Gladu is facing backlash after admitting her decision to cross the floor to the Liberals was “good for me personally.”
Gladu also revealed she received a call from the Housing Minister’s office within hours of her switch to discuss priorities for her riding. Under Canadian law, MPs are prohibited from accepting personal benefits in exchange for political actions.
