Speaking to a packed room of industry professionals at the Saskatchewan Oil and Gas Show, Premier Scott Moe delivered a bullish defence of Western Canadian energy, positioning the province as the key driver of future national wealth and "continental sovereignty."

The speech was posted online in its entirety by Brian Zinchuk of Pipeline Online.

"This is our moment in this province," Moe told the enthusiastic crowd during the keynote address. "This is our moment to say $60 billion of investment in our province isn't an anomaly... it’s actually the new norm."
