FORD FALLOUT: Premier targets Conservatives amid backroom rumours
Ontario premier Doug Ford is taking aim at federal Conservatives as reports suggest quiet cooperation with Ottawa ahead of a potential early election call.
Ontario Premier Doug Ford is back in the news this week criticizing federal Conservatives, and reports suggest he’s even working behind the scenes with Prime Minister Carney in the hopes of securing a Liberal majority government through an early election call.
For all of Ford’s electoral success, he continues to lack in conservative principles, and policy results. Project Ontario co-founder Matt Spoke, one of the province’s most outspoken Ford critics, joins Not ‘Sorry’ and host Alexander Brown to breakdown this latest instance of Premier Ford dishing out judgment, when his record leaves much to be desired.
Ontario, considered economically to be the “sick man of North America,” is lagging on housing, healthcare, employment, public safety, and on infrastructure projects. That Ford and his inner circle continue to spend valuable political capital fight inside the big blue tent doesn’t speak well of the chance for accountability and improved results in the province in 2026.

Disgusting priorities. Should be ashamed of calling himself a conservative.
You buy a second-hand Ford, and wonder why it won't run?
