Feds spend over $14M to push youth in “tackling climate change”

The Liberals announced they will spend more than $14.4 million from their Environmental Damages Fund to encourage young people to start playing “a big part in tackling climate change.”

The Liberals announced they will spend more than $14.4 million from their Environmental Damages Fund to encourage young people to start playing “a big part in tackling climate change.”

“We are committed to providing young people with the knowledge and skills to create sustainable solutions to environmental challenges as we work toward a clean, net-zero emissions economy by 2050,” wrote Environment and Climate Change Canada in a press release last month.
