A federal job posting for a senior airline operations investigator explicitly excludes white men from applying, stating the position is only open to Aboriginal persons, visible minorities, persons with disabilities and women.

The Government of Canada is offering a salary range of $113,880 to $133,570 for the Senior Investigator-Operations role, with the posting headline stating it is “restricted to employment equity groups.”

The posting makes clear that only members of designated equity groups are eligible to apply, excluding white men from consideration.
