TAIPEI — Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has identified Canadian oil and natural gas as a potential pillar of democratic security and energy cooperation, following the new energy memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Prime Minister Mark Carney and Alberta Premier Danielle Smith.
