The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board repeatedly used sole-source contracts to hire anti-hate consultant Bernie Farber and the Canadian Anti-Hate Network for equity and anti-oppression training, according to records obtained by Juno News.

A 75-slide presentation authored by Farber and co-author Len Rudner was included in the disclosure and devoted most of its content to the historical roots of antisemitism, the Holocaust, Holocaust denial and modern far-right extremism.

The slides also include discussion of anti-Zionism, the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement, “From the River to the Sea,” and anti-Israel activism in a handful of slides near the end of the presentation.
