Ottawa has lost track of over a third of foreign criminals in Canada, as the number of non-Canadian inmates reported by the Correctional Service of Canada hits a record high.
Easy problem to solve: 1. DNA test each of these scum - note they are not citizens so no constitutional rights. 2. deport them to wherever the DNA says they're from. These jackarses are someone's else's problem - lets get rid of them.
Deport them to a country that speaks their language and let them figure out how to deal with it!
Or, make an agreement with ICE in the US to take them. ICE has much better resources to find out who these people are, and deport them quickly.

If I had to guess I would say most of the unknowns would be middle eastern.

Now, isn't that convenient. Without knowing their origin, you can't deport them. Is this the best our government and bureaucracies can do?
My theory is to give them a choice. A choice of which country they want to land in. Then load them and ship them.
