Leaked donation records from groups organizing anti-ICE protests appear to suggest that Canadian municipal politicians, union organizers, and academics are financially contributing to the protest movement that has paralyzed Minnesota for the last month.

The leaked donation record appears to include names identical to those of multiple elected officials, including one school trustee and one city councillor in B.C.. Other names donating to the cause were linked to the Canadian identities of a public service union regional representative, a McGill University professor, and a member of the Cowichan Tribes.
