You need to access all the costs in owning a EV. Does the dealership or automotive shop charge higher hourly rate for EV/Hybrid mechanic? What is the replacement part costs given lower number of EVs on the road? How are the battery materials disposed? Insurance costs? Demand on the electricity infrastructure with the proliferation of AI data centers and increasing EV battery charging? Finally, nobody can afford the EV vehicles due to the high cost of living and diminishing employment opportunities.
