Here we go!

Implement not withstanding clause.

Don't think Alberta could in this case - out of our territory. Simpler, and more profitable, to separate and scr** over the liberal supporters at the same time. I'll enjoy watching socialists starve to death.

One of the reasons for these Lib delay tactics is so they can alter NW clause..they're pulling out all the stops..

Time for Alberta and Danielle Smith to stop beating that dead horse. The Liberal/WEF/NDP/BLOC coalition will never allow you to move your product to an ocean port. Never. Period. Pointe Finale.

Seems to me that Alberta has no choice. Build your pipelines south, to the US.

Stop trying to negotiate with Ottawa. It's pointless. Ottawa reports to Klaus Schwab. He is our actual PM and has been for ten years.

Send Ottawa a notice that you are immediately ceasing equalisation payments. Use that money to build the pipeline. Preempt their "you can't do that" response by immediately invoking the Notwithstanding clause.

Or simply separate. Most Canadians will support you.

Another Cabinet idiot.

Did Parliament not give our PM "The Power".

The Power to act and bypass legislation and any and all consultation in the interests of Canada.

No other permission is required.

.... AND ... While I did not agree with when and how that power was granted .....

That is what Carney asked for.

That is what he was given.

Another fool in Carney's Cabinet who either didn't get the memo or can't read or perhaps both.

... BUT ...

All part of the plan and the total Fraud (as pointed out by PP) that is Carney.

There was and likely is absolutely no intention on Carney's part and certainly not any of his trained seals to build a single pipeline anywhere in Canada.

Nor likely to do anything meaningful with respect to the Energy and other sectors that will not, in some way benefit Carney, his Liberal and Brookfield buddies and those at the UN, WEF and the other Globalists he cherishes the friendship of so very much.

Another Lie brought to Canada by the latest lying PM and gang.

Absolutely have to re-brand these jerks to THE LIEBERAL PARTY OF CANADA.

It's all the party does and all it is built on and a skill the seem to have perfected.

Once again Carney makes excuses to not build the pipeline which would greatly improve Canada's economy, he is all talk, no action , no leadership that does not work for Canadians. He follows Trudeau's legacy of bankrupting Canada and is doing a great job of that.

Carney is supporting Eby's decision as this gives him an excuse to decline Premier Smith's request to build a pipeline. Carney could override Eby as this pipeline will benefit all of Canada but Carney is following the WEF agenda which is to reject oil and gas exploration. This is all the more reason for Alberta to vote for Sovereignty as Ottawa does not want Alberta to out shine the East. Carney is not interested in working for the best of Canada. Carney is a smooth talking snake oil salesman.

I said a long ways back, that nothing will happen. As the con man made it clear, he would approve pipelines if the oil industries follow his environmental laws. Which he has said they will never drop but increase the intensity of those regs. So the answer was spelled out right there. The only thing I can figure is that Danielle has just been biding her time getting all avenues cleared, and lining up the ducks.

Once again, " Team Canada " in action, except this time the biggest push of this narrative- the Elbows Up Regime- sits on the sidelines and let's two provinces fight it out. The snake Carney and his Regime quickly play the "consensus " card in the game of " Energy Superpower " and " Nation Building ".

Wake Up Smith. Nothing is going to change.

Boy, with the new censorship laws protecting "hurt feelings" and now basic destruction of Alberta's main industry (and Canada's for that matter), who can blame them if they leave the country. Maybe a referendum sooner rather than later next year is in order.

How about we do this democratically. Let’s put it to the vote. Just BC and Alberta.

Like so much incorrect information that flows from Ottawa, Energy Minister Tim Hodgson is DEAD WRONG! The decision rests solely with Carney! Carney knows this very well but instead chooses to lie and use idiot Eby again as his fall guy! It must be bloody worthwhile, eh Eby??

There you have, just as I and some others have said. The conman has no intention of doing what Premier Smith has asked killing the 48, 69, and cancel the ev enforcement. And the six others. She's just waisting time, spinning wheels. So now Danielle, IDEPENDENCE, right! Stop waisting time.

Federal Minister of Energy Tim Hodgson ...“That’s something between the province of Alberta and the province of British Columbia. We will be a constructive participant in that three-way discussion.”

I don't think so, TIM..

Strange that a province that was put on the map because of the woods industry and its export of lumber from ports like the ones north of Vancouver were okay but a port like Vancouver that has created environmental concerns for the waterway that it is on are not adequately addressed. Maybe there are too many voters to inconvenience in that locale? The possibility of ports to the north with far less traffic to export oil from from the coast of British Columbia to other parts of the world seem impossible to consider, maybe not enough voters in Northern British Columbia. Major pipelines are already in existence that carry petroleum products , natural gas across the entire country and don’t seem to have had a major impact on the environment since first put in the ground in the 1950s, life has gone on the same as it did before those pipelines were put in the ground.

I live in northern BC, born and raised, and Alberta, you have my approval for pipelines to Prince Rupert and Kitimat. The BC NDP and the Indians have decimated our once strong and renewable forestry industry, we need to open up the west to international trade. When you decide to vote for separation/independence, I would request you include northern BC, because if I am not mistaken, you will be pleasantly surprised by the results. Leave Eby, Vancouver and Vancouver Island in the dust!

This is my reply to Tim Hodgson and David Eby! Danielle Smith go ahead and move oil south to a country that is willing to build the necessary infrastructure to facilitate the moving of their revenue producing commodity, and at the same time stop the ridiculous equalization payments to the provinces that are anti-development, they don't deserve to be subsidized by any other province or government . let them sink or swim!!
