What is the matter with this fool, he sounds like an errant child. "its my party and I'll cry if I want to"

I am taking my toys and going home...

BUT... Before I leave I will give my indigenous backstops a bit more of other people's land just to seal the deal to do my dirty work for me.

Canada is full of dead beats. Move them to Baffin Island, no climate change, no trees, just rocks.

Recently someone commented that an American tanker travels those waters daily to bring oil to Alaska. Surely the coastal indigenous are aware of those tankers?

Eby will give to whole province away yet the majority of British Colombians support the pipeline for the prosperity of all of Canada. Eby is anti progress cow towing to First Nations which are a very small minority in Canada are are anti any thing that the white man deems as necessary

Ron, do not underestimate the power of First Nations. Do you remember the blockage of CN Rail at Shannonville, Ontario a short time ago. I live a few kilometers away, and they were supporting a single First Nation who were opposing the Coastal pipeline in BC. The trains were stopped for days, while the local First Nation(s) built campfires right over the main line. When the blockade stopped, CN had to repair the crossing. First Nations are indeed a small minority in numbers, but the far left, including the Liberals and NDP have bowed down to them for years.

Some times the evil that I know wants to come out and teach some lessons on the Indigenous community. Like cut off all gas and oil to their communities. Not allowed to use all highways. You know things like that . No electricity. But then I have to put these feelings in their proper place. Sorry to vent some of My frustration on this site. This is not adding to solve any differences.

Hi Don, I know how you feel, but as you say, they can't be broadcast because we no longer have the right of freedom of expression. To add to your frustration is the fact that they pay no taxes, but have access to everything that the rest of us have to pay for.

Pipeline Derangement Syndrome…you might as well be opposed to digital cable or electricity transmission towers for all the difference it makes. This is about extortion, not the environment. We, the public, are not fooled.

Dear Mister Eby - I'm wondering if your province would like to pick up the interest and principal tab on a whack of Canada federal bonds held by 4 US Hedge Funds. The same whack of bonds that have Canada in a "short'n'curly hard tug" leverage position. You do recall the economic siege on Canada by the Trump Admin. back in 1Q25 - it involves, in part, those bonds. Given the limited exploration mileage in Canada due ten years of Liberal/NDP policies, the fastest path to servicing our debt obligations is Berta oil. My advice to you is to work with Federal/Alberta Gov in returning Canada to a prosperous nation.

Just as a reminder , We as Canadians do own USA bonds also!

It really does not matter what Eby's communist government and his buddies say because Carndeau and the Liberal caucus have no intention of building anything other than carbon capture which Carndeau owns through Brookfield. 20 years of increasing carbon tax from $130. but no pipeline in sight for years.

We have truly become a country where "the tail wags the dog". I sincerely hope that Alberta can find an except able route to move it resources and leave BC to be the benefactor of its own decisions. Maybe it is BC that needs to separate from the Dominion??

Just take Eby to the nearest mental institution to help clear up his “anxiety” issues…a few months on some strong meds will sort him out while the rest of us get on with the job at hand…

Wow! As was predicted in this newsletter, Carnage has already wriggled off the hook! He wanted to portray himself as the champion for a pipeline to get oil to the west coast, knowing full well it would never get off the starting block. Reading the CBC (I only saw the headline, not the entire article), one might think that Carnage has saved the day and the country. It is quite the opposite.

The problem is right now, and any alternative solution, whether Port Churchill or anywhere else, is decades away from completion.

And don't forget, you can write off the chance of getting any pipeline in Quebec. Even if there is a change of heart there, it too will take at least a decade to start the oil flowing.

In my belief, the country will fall apart in months or a few years.
