Ontario Premier Doug Ford is turning up the heat on Donald Trump, comparing the U.S. president to a “rabid dog” and vowing Canada will fight his tariff threats “tooth and nail.”
Ford unloaded on Trump Thursday at the premiers’ summer meeting in Charlottetown, P.E.I.
“[It’s] hard to deal with President Trump when he changes his mind every single day,” Ford said.
“One day the prime minister is with him side by side, and next thing you know, President Trump turns on him like a rabid dog.”
