The Liberals have broken the trust of Canadians. They now have a cabinet made up primarily of the same Trudeau players (cast) but they are rewriting their script based on the platform of Pierre Poliviere. They want to remain in power. They'll keep handing out carrots with one hand but they'll also dig deeper into our pockets to maintain a servile population.

Of course the English Banker is undermining our democracy; that’s what Communists do. It was nice the CCP lent Carney $257,000,000.00 not too long ago. Carney works for the CCP not Canadians. China wants Alberta’s Oil patch; Carney is helping them get it. IMO

I totally agree with you John! Carney sleeps with China! But worse yet he sleeps with anyone who is looking to sell out a Country.

Hopefully Canadians wake up before it too late; otherwise we will be relying on the US to help us fight our way out of communism. I know many people from China and the majority live in abject poverty. That's the way communist regimes like it; 3% of the people control 97% of the wealth. IMO

This bill c5 has too many back door clauses that can and will lead to more corruption, i dont like it.

Whoa! Candace needs to cut back on the caffeine... she is talking so fast I can barely make sense of her commentary. As far as the subject matter, Carney has not, and will not prove to Canadians that he wants us to succeed. He is so corrupt... just as Trudeau was, but he's smarter. Everything he does is to further his own personal agenda. Turning Canada into a communist country, meanwhile ruining our chance to become a leader again in the world economically....turning out the best and the brightest, spurring on the entrepreneurial spirit that existed in the pioneers that built this once great land! I just hope Canada doesn't implode before we can get a non- confidence vote to get him out!! He has already broken so many promises and flip flopped on the very issues that got him elected...he's spending more money and faster than the past liberal govt. People who want to give him a chance are naive.

This is ridiculous. Have they forgotten that, all the regulations against oil and gas, productions, the cap on oil. That hasn't been stricken. So this bill is absolutely useless. You wait and see, he's duped the premiers. I can't believe they got sucked in on this. Wait and see.

They are above the law..and a big reason is ..those laws were probably put in place by their former MP Han Dong..remember him??..the guy CTV said interfered with releasing the 2 Michaels , and accused him of being a member of the CCP??...ya when he was an MP one of his portfolios was Lawmaker..so having a CCP member making our laws makes sense now, the way our "legal system" has a revolving door for even serious criminals..

Ironically Carney has stolen the Conservative platform and people are applauding it as if he is going to save Canada.

Beware !!

Any bets that most of these projects will go to Brookfield and his idea of an electrical grid will include massive amounts of wind and solar power which are horribly ineffective, costly, environmentally irresponsible, not to mention ugly and marginal sustainable power output.

His EV mandate will drive this country down even further. The nice things about EV's are that they are linked to a grid that allows your conversations to be monitored, you travel routes and destinations to be monitored and the icing on the cake is that they come equipped with remote shutdown capability. SMART Card will decide how far and how frequent you can use the car.So much for freedom of movement !!!

Another point-more NGO's are going to reap billions making these vehicles and the batteries.

This will also force rural communities to vanish as there will not be any charging stations.

Oh and wait, with all of these vehicles powered by electricity they will have to introduce technology to monitor your usage as there will be more demand than there is available power-who saw that coming ?? The bottom line here is the Conservatives saw through all of this and tried to delay or stop this. Another big dot to add to what Trudeau started to bring us one more step closer to Big Brother running the show. You will own nothing and be happy !

When does the big push-back start ???

Carney is a WEFer. That’s more than enough reason NOT to trust him.

Abusers act cyclically… abuse, reprieve, slight leeway, repeat.

He is NOT ON THE SIDE OF CANADIAN PEOPLE

Brett Wilson Is foolish to believe C5 allows Carney to pivot around C69, etc. Carney’s genuine intentions are yet to be felt.

Remember President Trump left G7 early and the Iran situation is now delayed 2 weeks.

No Deal / Agreement for Canada, another 30 days? Carney announces more future tariffs.

Optimism is misplaced. We are being played again.

Lots of optimism by Mr. Wilson.

Without repealing all these economy killing policies of the Trudeau Regime, will private investors have enough trust in the snake Carney and his Elbows Up Regime to risk $ billions on projects? Or will these projects become mainly taxpayer funded like Trans Mountain was because of Liberal incompetence.

Wish I could hear all the quiet conversations in Parliament about Bill C-5. The first red flag about this bill was that it was rushed. Conservatives abandoned principles. The only reason that makes sense is that their political donors who funded their campaigns likely pressured them to do it.

Don't fall for the dangling carrot. The "in the national interest" clause in that bill will allow Carney to block anything he doesn't want, like pipelines. He's a snake who stole all of Poilievre's platform ideas, but has no intention of making them reality. It is ALL smoke and mirrors.
