Castle Law?

When someone breaks into your home, they have just relinquished all of their civil rights.

At that point you not only have the right to defend yourself and your property, you have the duty to do so.

As Mr Brock points out, now some judge, 8 years down the road, gets to calmly, dispassionately run the facts through a multi-layer filter of right and wrong.

At the moment of the crime, a homeowner does not get to consult a manual, or a lawyer, nor does he have the time to do so. There are mere seconds from understanding what's happening to acting - all through a terrifying experience.

As far as I'm concerned, and the law should be concerned, when someone breaks into your house intending you harm, that person has turned his civil rights over to you.

And that is why you never surrender your guns to this criminal loving government or any government for that matter.

Good post, you are 100% correct.

I completely agree! Simply breaking into someone else's home means you intend harm against them. How is a homeowner supposed to know if the scumbag is carrying a weapon or not? Why should a law abiding homeowner responsible for anything in this circumstance? It is idiotic to propose anything less than a complete ability for a homeowner to do whatever they feel is necessary. Scumbags need to be educated, and Pierre's proposed law basically puts way too many restrictions on law abiding citizens. As an MMA trained citizen, I will delight in beating the living snot out of any scumbag in my home, but most folks dont have that training.

I don't have MMA training, but what I do have is a baseball bat. And I know how to use it.

It seems more and more like the only way and only option to get the out of control crimes and put away criminals and repeat offenders is to get Carney and the liberals out of the way and put in place responsible people that care about Canadians citizens and provide them with a safe environment…the sooner is not soon enough !!!

We've been trying..but we're fighting back against the CCP's persistent/ methodical/ surreptitious infiltration that they've been employing since they came to power..not just here..but across the globe..the world's in a pretty shitty spot right now..there is only ONE way to stop them...

We have retarded Globalist traitors in our governments & Judicial System, what is really needed is a Peoples Constitution, it's like many are afraid to talk about the obvious, which is we need a judicial system at arms lenght of the criminal governments, where we the people have veto rights & hire & firing rights over these judges & procecutors, that right there will have many politicians going to prison when we have a yearly independent forensic audit...!!!

In the US crime has plummeted, murders are way down. Gee I wonder what the difference is? Maybe quit voting in people that hate you.

The catch and release legal industry farms another accused miscreant for profit.

So long as those in the legal system are NOT held culpable as accessories for the actions of the miscreants they release back into society, the number of violent miscreants will increase in society.

A miscreant released by the court becomes a ward of the court, and the court becomes responsible for any damage or crime committed. The fingers that are in jail can not commit violence and theft on the public.

Read the UN Agenda 21 motion...drafted in the mid-90s..what the planet's going thru now, is ALL in there. Most of those who discovered it years ago tried raising the alarm..but almost everyone was too pre-occupied with this wonderful "new" internet thing..(who's primary purpose was mass brainwashing with information overload)

Solution: a record of all judges releases and if the releases re-offend too often, the judge loses his tenure! That'll make them think twice before releasing criminals back into society.

The PC # 1 priority should be immigration. At this continued rate, we will be a minority in 15 to 20 years. This will really affect future generations.

Castle law is great if you have time to remove you gun from the locked safe, remove the trigger lock and then retrieve your ammo from another locked area . Make sure you PAL or R-PAL is good because they will get you another way if they can .

A baseball bat is great as long as you are not up against a gun . I have several around my home , because I know there is not enough time to retrieve your legally stored fire arm to do you any good in a break in .

Absolutely. The moment a bad guy enters your home, you should be able to protect your family or yourself. My late husband spent his entire life in law enforcement, and he was deeply upset by the way liberal laws affected them. He felt no support when they tried to stop these heinous crimes. People need stronger law enforcement.
