the judge was wrong....he/she forgot about the "Victims" rights...who had none.....so why is this piece of crap set free to murder again and again with nothing ever done to prevent it? the entire justice system based on catch and release as set up by the liberals in case they need help from criminals to protect them ? they sure as heck do not protect the citizens in any way shape or form
Judges who let out these criminals need to be responsible. Let the family of those they kill or injure decide the punishment for the judge.
