This is good news. I am a big supporter of Trump, standing up for his country. But I have thought, the timing of his implementation of tariffs was premature, in light of our (hopefully) imminent election. If he had delayed things a bit, he may have found a new government here, that would probably work WITH him to mutually solve problems without any ill will. Hopefully Pierre gets a good majority.
