Conservative public safety critic Larry Brock is calling out the federal government after a Parole Board of Canada decision released a convicted terrorist recruiter for ISIS after he served two-thirds of his 17-year sentence, despite the board acknowledging he still holds extremist views and poses a risk to public safety.

Ashton Larmond, an ISIS recruiter who pleaded guilty to providing instructions to carry out an activity for the benefit of a terrorist group in August 2016, is being released on parole, before his full sentence has been served, by the Parole Board of Canada despite the board acknowledging that he is still radicalized and is a danger to the public.
