Conservatives call Carney’s tax cut “pocket change”

The federal Conservatives are accusing Prime Minister Mark Carney of misleading Canadians, saying a new report from the Parliamentary Budget Officer shows Canadians will see far less benefit from his government’s flagship tax cut than originally claimed during the campaign.
