Time to halt all immigration from Middle Eastern countries. Muslim countries should be told that they have to accept their own as refugees. No more coming to Canada and bringing their hate with them.

Totally agree. Deport em all

US fighter jets had to be scrambled from Washington State. Cold Lake is too faraway! Lol.

Way to go Canada.

Thank you Team USA.

What a fiasco! If he really turns out to be a former "commercial" airline pilot, we have bigger issues than not being able to get our fighter jets there fast enough. But Thank you to our neighbors from the south!

My question is how are lunatics like this guy trained, examined and passed in their psychological testing on home soil, to fly people through the skies??!

I am becoming more content with road trips, the older I get! Lol.

Given Air Canada's (and other airlines) DIE hiring practices, I'm surprised he wasn't made Captain. Maybe he was?

He will go to court, get community service, and a job offer.

One of the first things that came to me, US fighter jets! Where are the Canadians? Shows we dont have the readiness for this. Second thing is that this is how they trained for 9/11. So.............

The kanaduuhian air force was down. The birds were molting, waiting for their new feathers to mature before they could fly.

Nope never heard this.

The radical left and Islamist Red-Green alliance at work. Canada already had a homegrown radical left problem but we then invited immigration from the Middle East. What could go wrong?

J Holden's avatar

Canada hasn't had a 9/11 yet but Trudeau and now Carney want Gazans in. We should be able to say...NFW.

No surprise that a "climate activist" is a kook. This one's just a bit kookier than most. And, yeah, a commercial airline pilot? Yikes!

Ruth semple's avatar

His message is from Satan, not the Messiah, but it is scary to think he's a pilot. Climate change is such a hoax & yet activists keep scaring the mentally ill (though most activists have questionable mental health anyway) into believing we can do anything to fix it. There have been so many over the years who have predicted our demise due to weather. Yet here we are, living as always. Change is inevitable and we're not going to disappear until God says so...He's still in charge of the universe.

So sad when educated people get duped as well...

Curious when this guy will be released on bail. Likely any day now.

Deportation in this case should be no hesitation! Sick & tired of these criminals who take Canada as their safe havens! Canada for gawd sakes wake up !

Val Townsend's avatar

Start with deportation and go from there.

Yet another example of a hysterical climate change fraud promoting terrorist. How he differs from Carney is hard to differentiate. Both are false prophets. Carney, like Trudeau, has "better hair' than the confused Muslim.

Needs to charged and kept in jail. If not Canadian citizen sent back to original country.

There is far more to this story than what is being told. This incident has all of the markings of a "red flag opperation".

A pilot who doesn't own an aircraft of any kind, and has no scheduled flight, walks into an Airport bypassing the suspicions of the airport staff, security staff, and the ground crew; he starts up a Cessna unhindered, taxis to a runway (no incoming or outgoing aircraft traffic - no delays) and flys off into the blue yonder. Who owns the Cessna? This wasn't a hijacking - it was the theft of an aircraft. The pilot goes for a joy ride knowing full well the consequences, (every pilot knows the consquences) and after circling the destination a few times, which is what you have to do to avoid a collision (departures are halted, incoming are re-directed) he lands the plane safely and has himself peacefully arrested. No one harmed, no one injured, yet he charged with "terrorism."

The perpetual "war against terrorism" has the government doing things for our "safety"; things like locking us up in our own homes, removing our freedoms and our rights. The more so called terrorism there is, the more our rights and freedoms are erroded.

The story can't be "A Pilot on psychotropic medications, steals a Cessna and causes havoc"; no, it has to be "a terrorist hijacks a cessna ......"

Who owns the Cessna? Is the owner filing a law suit against the Victoria International Airport and airport authorities? $$$$$$
