A Canadian civil liberties group is set to intervene in a judicial review of an Ontario Human Rights Tribunal decision, which led to a small town mayor having his bank account garnished.

A Canadian civil liberties group is set to intervene in a judicial review of an Ontario Human Rights Tribunal decision, which led to a small town mayor having his bank account garnished and the municipality being fined. The fines followed the town voting against a Pride organization’s proposal that the month of June was “Pride Month.”
