A 17-year-old Jewish Canadian launched a petition urging Parliament to combat rising antisemitism by banning terror and antisemitic hate symbols, defunding UNRWA, and tying government media funding to neutral reporting.

Daniel Pinsk, a 17-year-old from Stayner, Ontario, has started an e-petition, sponsored by MP Melissa Lantsman, deputy leader of the Conservative Party, calling on the government to take a “firm stand” against antisemitism and to take steps to ensure neutral reporting from federally funded media.
