The Supreme Court of Canada’s recent ruling highlights its use of “reasonable hypotheticals,” or made-up scenarios, in deciding if Parliament can impose mandatory minimum sentences for serious crimes.
When you elect Liberal Garbage they appoint the like minded and that is what you get back.

Members of the Supreme court are no exception to the aforementioned but they appear to have much better imaginations when it comes to some of their very questionable "rulings".
In hypostatical situations no one has a chance of getting hurt. Unfortunately we all live in the real world. Where it is happening. We MUST have a deterrent. Crime is running rampart because of the liberal soft on crime bails and laws!
A paintball gun and a BB gun are not firearms just as sling shots are not firearms. Any judge that doesn’t know this should be fired for incompetence without recourse.
Hypothetical question: How many of these Liberal judges, protecting criminals instead of innocent victims, would still be on the Supreme Court today if there was recall legislation?

Clearly these people have never heard of the maxim, "Hard cases make bad law." They must have skipped those 4 years of law school.
