Prime Minister Mark Carney is slipping in the polls as Canada–U.S. trade negotiations continue to stall, with the deadline for the joint CUSMA review approaching.

A new poll from the Angus Reid Institute shows his approval rating has fallen to 55 per cent, marking the third consecutive decline since peaking in February.
