Big mouth Carney in Norway sucking up to the fetting and flatter of this new coalition. I wish maps would accompany these articles and show exactly the geography in relation to Greenland. Showing the bases, ports especially of Russia would make this a much better presentation. The US would like to see these countries take it upon themselves to protect and patrol the Arctic from our enemies but we know they are not. Massive investments in soldiers, bases, weapons, ice cutters, advanced technology and early warning systems is way overdue. Another dog sled patrol won't cut it. Are they willing to invest at least $100 billion for starters? This would be a really welcome developent. Anyone that thinks Carney is a savior to Canada is badly mistaken, unless billions of those dollars are going to go to Brookfield and make him richer.
