Carney spent $524,000 on in-flight catering last year
Carney and his entourage spent more than double what former prime minister Justin Trudeau on in-flight catering for the same trip at $93,780.
Prime Minister Mark Carney has already managed to outdo his predecessor when it comes to in-flight catering during his first year in office, leaving taxpayers with a bill that amounts to a decade of groceries for the average Canadian family of four.
The Canadian Taxpayers Federation obtained records from the show Carney spent nearly $200,000 on in-flight catering for just three out-of-country flights last year.
