Carney refuses to reveal plan as $28B in U.S. tariffs loom
“Negotiations are very intense and delicate. This is not the time to talk about negotiations in public,” Carney told reporters.

“We are negotiating,” Carney told reporters on Monday. “Negotiations are very intense and delicate. This is not the time to talk about negotiations in public. That is a simple answer.”
