Prime Minister Mark Carney has appointed Janice Charette, a prominent bureaucrat behind the Freedom Convoy crackdown, to lead Canada’s U.S. trade negotiations.
Charette’s new role places her at the centre of high-stakes U.S. negotiations, giving a figure who actively targeted Canadian citizens during the convoy a key position over the country’s biggest trading partner.
Meanwhile, Conservative MP Jamil Jivani has responded to personal attacks following his diplomatic mission to Washington.

Carney does not want Canadians to have jobs.
Carney wants Canada to fail.

This Carney appointed head of Canada's Trade team has zero trade negotiation experience but is most gifted at trading away the Charter rights of Canadians and freezing their bank accounts.
As she was/is the mother hen behind the improper invocation of the EA by the abomination who just purchased a $4.3M home in Montreal (who said politics does not pay.. Just ask Carney) one can be reasonably certain she is not there to act in the best interests of Canadians. Indeed it appears to be the opposite. She sees them as threats.
This mother hen will be eaten by the foxes who are the US trade negotiators who have and continue to live and breath trade and trade negotiations and deals.
Sadly though it's by design, on purpose and brought to what used to be Canada by a WEF, GLOBALIST, three passport holding, visiting pretend Canadian who has declared himself a proud European and Elitist.
Carney could have found a competent lead negotiator. One who actually had some credentials and would at least attempt to negotiate for the benefit of Canada and ALL CANADIANS.
He intentionally chose not to do so.
All one needs to know about this fraud of a PM.

This was no secret. The script was set when Parliament for some foolish reason having nothing what-so-ever to do with the best interests of Canadians voted to put into law a complete protection of the absolute abomination that is Supply Management. An issue not only with the USA but also with Carney's buddies in the EU. The fact that Supply Management is also a huge issue with average Canadians seems irrelevant to all major Parties in Canada.
The choice of a bureaucrat who has been feeding from the public trough for 40 years reveals one of Carney's main weaknesses: his inability to choose competent people.
