Canada’s borders are being guided by “outdated and inadequate” laws that fail to address the level of crime, according to Canada’s top police chief.
“Geopolitical instability and social unrest are driving a new wave of public safety threats,” said President of the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police Thomas Carrique during a press conference on Tuesday.
