As a legal immigrant this open borders policy that Trudeau endorsed is a slap in the face of those of us who came to this country through proper channels. My father had to have a sponsor and a job waiting for him when we came here. We had to take English lessons, something which my mother immediately did. I believe we had to be here 5 years before we could apply for citizenship, another thing my mother made sure we did. I being the baby of the family have always known 2 languages and am proud of my Dutch heritage but am FIRSTLY a proud Canadian…..I was 1 and a half years old when we arrived in 1950 and personally faced some discrimination by being called a foreigner and a few other things but I fought back and carried on. My family prospered through hard work and perseverence, always paying our taxes…no EI back then….what the hell has happened to this country that I love….this is such a tragedy….send the illegals back and do it fast before it is too late.
So do most real Canadians. BUT! With a communist regime running it that is dwindled to nothing. The only hope is for the provinces to leave the warped and twisted confederation. Go independent, it's the only way to get rid of the communist federalism. That's the only hope, as we will not be able to get rid of the communists with any election.

I watched the interview , and while I do not agree with many of the views do agree the issues need to be debated as opposed to cancel culture . Immigration levels if all types including refugees are far too high and totals of all type imo should be sub 300K.
The 2-3 M with expired visas should leave and reapply if they want to come back
Also would like to understand how technology and AI will impact the need for more bodies driving up GHG emissions
I would like to say that I disagree with Candace about the monarchy….get rid of it….we are simply propping up a system that has no relevance anymore, it is just symbolic. Absolutely need to address this by sending TFW home as permits expire, all migrants and immigrants committing crimes and ones on public welfare.
