The Conservative Party of B.C. has fined MLA Peter Milobar’s leadership campaign $7,500 after it missed a key payment deadline due to a mail delivery delay.

The campaign failed to pay a required $40,000 fee by April 1. The fee was one of several scheduled for candidates who wished to remain on the ballot.
