Israeli Minister for Diaspora Affairs Amichai Chikli is warning that Canada is on a dangerous path after a Jewish man was assaulted in front of his children in a Montreal park.
The man was walking with his three children on Friday when an individual sprayed them with water, knocked him to the ground and threw away his kippah.
