The head of recruiting and personnel in the Canadian Armed Forces says the military will move to implement all of the recommendations made in a confidential internal report leaked by Juno News.

Testifying before the House of Commons national defence committee on Wednesday, Lt.-Gen. Erick Simoneau, Chief of Military Personnel, told MPs he accepts all 10 recommendations outlined in the Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School assessment.

The report revealed a breakdown in basic officer training, documenting ethnic infighting, language barriers, a lack of respect for women and plummeting graduation rates in platoons dominated by permanent residents.
