The majority of Ontarians are opposed to Premier Doug Ford attempting to recuse his government from being subjected to freedom of information requests under their current form, something included in Bill 97.

The legislation, also known as a Plan to Protect Ontario Act, would see Ford amend Ontario’s Freedom of Information And Protection of Privacy Act to protect his government from the current levels of transparency it’s obliged to uphold.
