She is 100% on the mark, the federal government doesn't care

David James's avatar

The Federal government/WEF/UN seem to have a death wish for Canada.

Once again Danielle proves that she and her party are light years ahead of the low functioning rest of the class.

The first step in liquidating a people is to erase their memory. Destroy its books, its culture, its history. Then have somebody write new books, manufacture a new culture, invent a new history. Before long, the nation will begin to forget what it is and what it was. The world around it will forget even faster.

I hope Scott Moe also cuts back on immigration to only those who contribute immediately. It is obvious that open immigration has put enormous strain on healthcare, class size and housing just to name a few areas where major problems exist.

Fantastic news from an amazing premiere but what will Lori Williams from Mount Royal and the Dippers have to complain about it segments will rule the airwaves. The usual attack cards like Rac_sm will be heavily played. It would be nice if other provinces followed "suit".

She is 100% on the mark but she is still pandering to Muslims and Sikhs and i find that pretty hypocritical.

On top of that if Alberta is going into the hole because of a shortfall in oil and gas royalties then I say STOP handing over these royalties in equalization payments to Ottawa should be a simple fix ain't it.?

Iain Campbell's avatar

A simple “Sorry, Ottawa, District 12 cannot afford to feed its own citizens and will no longer send tribute” should suffice, no?

A few years ago Alberta called for experienced, skilled workers not third world riff raff criminals and leeches.....There is a big difference from the skilled, educated workers Alberta requested and the low level miscreants and criminals that came to settle and exploit the social benefits system and participate in criminal behavors......

We must be cautious with Chinese investment in the oil patch, they would like to funnel all oil to China through investment then take over

??? Did the MOU on a new pipeline get approved? Last I read BC Eby and tribes were holding it up.

Don's avatar

The MOU was signed by Carney himself..but a cpl months later, Poilievre introduced a bill to immediately impose the production phase of the MOU...and the Liberals voted against it..Poilievre tricked them into revealing Carney has no intention of honouring the MOU

David horricks's avatar

BC and the Indians cant hold it up currently as the Feds have constitutional authority over both; although the current land grab thanks to the moron Eby can potentially give all land in Canada back to them.

Donald/Raelene Bell's avatar

You can’t “give back” what was never theirs. Their forefathers lived here but they did not populate the entire country. They lost the right to Canada many years ago and were given plots of land in reservations. It is our woke governments trying to compensate a people, who have never contributed anything to this country, for something their forefathers lost.

David James's avatar

So traversing what would become Canada for ten thousnd years is the ticket to land rights.....?

Donald/Raelene Bell's avatar

Even the indigenous came from somewhere else. It is believed that they came from Russia over to Alaska and then down to Canada. My grandparents came from Germany to the US and then came by wagon train to Saskatchewan. Where do your ancestors come from?

Iain Campbell's avatar

Even the Incas have asiatic / mongol roots.

David James's avatar

Britain and Scotland.

Marg's avatar

She is going to the states, smart lady!!

Deborah Thompson's avatar

He does not have the constitutional right to do that - but Carney will let him carry on as well as take the blame. 🙄🙄

Muriel West's avatar

Of course Eby has been on his soap box decrying that witch next door. We have a huge Indian industry that has captured the province with their UNDrip. We are no longer masters in our own homes. We'll have to wait until the next election to rid B.C. of this internal plague.

JJ88's avatar

Will you have enough votes with government workers and immigrants voting socialism?

K Brooker's avatar

BC and Eby are still blocking progress. I think his time is numbered though. He’s a disaster!

David James's avatar

Eby would be valued in the Carney government.

Don's avatar

He already is...the NDP is basically the Liberal farm team..

Sharon Stepanick's avatar

The federal government can override BC and indigenous but Carney would rather let the blame fall on Eby and the indigenous as nd he comes out smelling like rose. Personally I think a 💩better describes it.

Doug Stephens's avatar

And the snake Carney's fall back is " consensus ", which we all know will never happen.

K Brooker's avatar

Danielle Smith should be PM of Canada! She is incredibly intelligent and ahead of everyone in these matters.

B. Hallett's avatar

No! We Albertans want to keep her for ourselves!

Mike Robinson's avatar

By all means, clean up all that immigration that is the crux of your problems, and the sooner the better. Waiting for Carney to do it is futile as he definitely won't. He needs them for their votes, and will continue to throw Alberta and the rest of the country under the bus for them!

Paul T.'s avatar

"Smith said Alberta will seek to double oil and gas production and exports to more than eight million barrels per day by 2035, including building 1.3 million barrels per day of additional pipeline capacity to the west coast and expanding capacity to the U.S." As long as Bill C-48 stays in place, Marx Con Carnage will ensure that Alberta doesn't reach its potential for success while Alberta still funds the equalization payments that go to "have-not" provinces like Quebec - which in itself is a fraud and which has "bought" into an Enviro-psychosis. "Yes, Alberta, we want your money, but we don't want 99.9% safe pipelines running through our province. We' rather have rail lines (think Lac Megantic - 47 people were killed) safely running across the province instead."

JJ88's avatar

I would like to know how many immigrants are experienced, skilled workers?

JJ88's avatar

We are a minority 15% of world population and there is mass immigration into our countries. Socialist governments are selling us out.

Drum 🥁 roll and cue the “fascist” commentary from the perennially angry whose recall petitions failed and had to return to the office to resume their civil service duties.
