Conservative members at the party’s national convention in Calgary voted to keep Pierre Poilievre as leader by a stunning margin. The Conservative party announced Poilievre passed the review with 87.4 per cent support from members in attendance.

Poilievre’s level of support far surpassed the 68.15 per cent he won on the first ballot of the party’s 2022 leadership race.
