Even if a change in government were to happen, there still would be the process of dealing with the FN who think they hold the power of royalty and can veto any project or hold it ransom forever with constantly shifting demands.
Some “nations” think they have a power to veto until they get enough ransom money to satisfy the chiefs greed. They are wrong. The Indians have only the right to be consulted. The not withstanding legislation can take care of any law suits.

I have little hope that Carney can be trusted with anything, but I guess I'm hoping he will come through with something since it doesn't look promising to vote him out. Carney loves pipelines as long as Brookfield is invested in them around the world. Pipelines in Canada; not a chance. Bringing prosperity to Canada is the last thing WEF Mark Carney wants. If Trump gets rid of Maduro in Venezuela the US & Brookfield/Carney will have unfettered access to Venezuelan oil which will mean Alberta sales will slow and Carney's master green grifter plan will be complete.
