A fish rots from the head down and change must come from the bottom up. No current MLA from CPBC stands up to criticize their leader or party's approach to not being strong for its populace. It's only those outside the party apparatus that are willing to stand up. Why? What is it about being a politician that makes people pathetic? Or are they that way to begin with and just gravitate to government?

Rustad has to go and since he obviously refuses to go on his own he will have to be ousted.

If there is a mechanism for BC's Conservatives to do that they should do so ASAP.

HE HAS TO GO!!!!

One BC will soon replace the Conservatives. I live in BC and in Richmond and I belong to the Canadian Conservative Party. I will not support the BC Conservatives in the next provincial election. I will be supporting One BC.

The smartest thing that true conservative MLAs can do is quite the BC Conservatives and join One BC.

Rusted did a great job getting the Conservative Party in BC to where it is today but I agree it is time for him to go. He should have never fired anyone. I think his power went to his head. We need a leader who can listen to new ideas and work with them not dump them because they disagree with him.

Don’t forget John’s root from BC Liberals. He used to BC Liberal MLA and a Minister but got kicked out from the caucus. On the other hand, BC Conservative accepted some BC Liberals MLA to BC Conservative candidate in last election.

When John kicked out the One BC leader from BC Conservative caucus because her comments and questions about unmarked graves of residential schools, in my opinion John is still a Liberal. He doesn’t even qualify as so called Red Conservative!

It possibly explains why it was a tight race between NDP and BC Conservative in last election.
