The Royal Canadian Mounted police have laid charges against an Ontario man after he was caught trying to bring over two million contraband cigarettes across the Quebec border crossing.

RCMP announced on Wednesday that it was laying illicit tobacco trafficking charges against Paul Raymond Causton, a 53-year-old from Ennismore, Ontario.
