B.C. repeat offender granted bail again despite nine child sex assault charges

An alleged repeat child sex offender has been released for the third time before sentencing in the Okanagan region.

A male suspect has been released on bail despite facing nine criminal charges for allegedly sexually assaulting at least three underage girls in the Okanagan and Kelowna, according to local reports.

A 28-year-old B.C. man, Dylan Hartley-Gulliford, was granted bail last week despite facing nine criminal charges for allegedly sexually assaulting four separate teenagers, according to local Kelowna news outlet Castanet. The charges date back to 2024.
