I would suggest to the people complaining about the noise (absolutely unheard of) that you join in and enjoy th festivities, or leave town for the best 10.days in calgary! Whatever you you chose STOP COMPLAINING!!! You moved there, deal with it!
So the anti-Stampede radicals have now been emboldened and have ammunitions to pour water on the Stampede by way of making "noise complaints"...I wonder just how many of these 70 noise complaints were actually legitimate concerns or merely disgruntled anti-Stampede activists trying to throw a wrench into the Stampede activities?......One thing is clear - the Calgary city Mayor and council are still corrupted, far left wing, woke lunatics....What else is new?.....
I feel so bad for the average Albertan who wants separation. This will never happen, I have said many times that Calgary and Edmonton are two of the most left wing cities in Canada. These two cities hold the majority of votes in Alberta, just as the idiots in Vancouver have a strangle hold on BC. I know many idiots fled to Calgary from Vancouver because their idiotic voting has caused them to priced out of Vancouver and now they pollute Calgary. And Calgary was and always has been polluted with left wing dumb asses. There is no hope for Alberta, BC and most of Canada, because this country has likely 35 million dumb ass inhabitants. It so embarrassing to admit to being a Canadian, I am so disgusted in my fellow Canadians for not seeing the writing on the wall. Canada and Canadians are doomed to be under authoritarian control and nothing can stop it now.

I recall... Way back now when I lived in Toronto.
Toronto International Airport (now Pearson) was in the middle of nowhere.
Then a bunch of real-estate developers started to buy up the land around it.
Then they build inexpensive housing offered at inexpensive costs.
Shortly thereafter the NIBY's who bought these inexpensive houses (because they bordered the airport) started to complain about "the noise"
