American officials say Canadian detained by ICE was illegally in the U.S.
U.S. officials revealed that Kaitlyn Tracey, who was arrested and later detained by ICE after allegedly striking a teen girl for wearing pro-Trump apparel, overstayed her visa for nearly two years.
Kaitlyn Tracey, a 33-year-old Canadian woman who made headlines this week for attacking a teenage girl for wearing Trump apparel at Point Pleasant Beach in New Jersey, was later detained for overstaying her travel visa.
Canadians learned that Tracey was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement from her husband Matthew Geroni, a far-left TikToker who celebrated American commentator Charlie Kirk’s assassination and wished the entire Trump family died of cancer, begged followers to help him get Tracey out of jail.
Now, U.S. Homeland Security revealed that she was detained by ICE because she overstayed her visa, which expired nearly two years ago. Her deportation back to Canada is pending immigration proceedings.
