Windsor police have arrested and charged 22-year-old Qasim Sabi with sexual assault-related offences involving minors after he had previously been released on multiple occasions, including in connection with other sexual assault charges involving minors.

Police announced Saturday that Sabi had been arrested and charged with two counts of sexual assault, two sexual interference charges and failure to comply with his release order, in connection with an incident on Thursday.

His previous charges from May 2025 included sexual assault, sexual interference, assault, and again, failing to comply with his previous release orders.
