Most workers are afraid to come forward because their papers are being held hostage.

This happens in the trucking industry as well. People are brought over, paid very little to learn to drive poorly-maintained equipment, learn English on the fly, and keep quiet under threat of being sent back home. Canada needs to smarten up.

They have been doing this kind of thing in India for years. Bringing in workers from other Asian countries - many of them female. Then they come and start the same criminal activities in Canada.
